Fans will recognize him as Seth Clearwater from the “Twilight” movies and fans of Disney Channel shows like “Good Luck Charlie” and “The Cheetah Girls” will also recognize the name BooBoo Stewart.

The 18-year-old makes his return to Disney on Monday, Nov. 5, as he guest stars on the Disney XD show, “Kickin’ It.”

Stewart plays Carson, Rudy’s former star pupil and an old friend of the gang. When he beats Jack (Leo Howard) for a coveted spot to compete in a tournament, Jack decides to join a rival dojo and compete against his own team.

MSN TV spoke with Stewart about the episode.

MSN TV: What can you tell us about your guest-starring role on “Kickin’ It”?

BooBoo Stewart: I play the role of Caron. He’s kind-of the returning cool guy. That [episode] airs Monday, November 5 at 9 p.m. on Disney XD. I had a great time. I’ve actually known Leo Howard for a while, so to be able to do a fight scene with one of your friends was a really awesome experience. We just had a great time doing it.

I understand you were perfect for this role because of your background in martial arts. What kind of training have you had?

I’ve done a lot of training in martial arts. I started out in warring tempo, I did sport jujitsu, and I’ve also practiced extreme martial arts.

You mentioned you and Leo Howard were best friends beforehand. Are there any funny stories from filming the episode?

It was really funny how fast we had to learn the fight scenes. We had to learn them in like an hour. We had several scenes. It was really crazy and fun. I was afraid I was going to hit his fingers with the bow staff.

So, were there no “accidents” in filming?

Maybe a couple, but just in fun—all in fun.

Your fans will also recognize you from the “Twilight” movies. Are you sad the film franchise is coming to an end son?

No, I’m not too sad. You have to move on. Everything has to end at one time. I had an amazing time filming those films and I can’t wait for everyone to see the last one.

What has your experience been like being a part of the “Twilight” movies and dealing with the hardcore fans?

It’s been pretty incredible getting to travel around the world. I’ve liked everything about it.

Do you keep in touch with your “Twilight” co-stars?

I actually do. I was just talking to one yesterday because of the storm in New York. He plays the leader of the wolf pack.

Any message you want to send out to your fans?

Thank you. Thank you for all your support. I hope everyone gets to catch this episode of “Kickin’ It.” It’s going to be a fun one.
